Later we realized that they are on Food Panda! That was great because we often order for food delivery. (Sometime I work whole day and never get to even wash the veges, sometimes the kids needed something to "motivate" them, so...........deliveries save the day!😆)

Trip to Malaysia December 2018 (coming home)

Our trip home started slightly before 12pm, from the Transtar Office at Jalan Imbi, KL.

It has been a fun-filled 3 days and I am definitely going to miss my dearest grandma and relatives.

We took the Solitaire bus by Transtar. Spacious seat and lunch provided. the only drawback was that the aircon was not cold enough.

The trip was relatively short, apart from the congestion at the Singapore Tuas Checkpoint.

Our dinner today was at Italia & Ribs Gastronomia, in Bukit Damansara.

We enjoyed the food immensely, the pizza, the steak, the pasta and the bruschetta - perfect!

I only wished I had a spare stomach to fit in all the nice food...😋

Today is SHOPPING day!

We were going to spend the whole day at Midvalley, getting this and that for everyone.

Lunch was nice at Ying Ker Lou (迎客楼) at The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, where we had our favourite Thunder Tea Rice (擂茶) with other Hakka dishes.

Trip to Malaysia (2018 December) ...........Day 2 (cont')

After a short rest after our Berjaya Hills trip, we made a trip down to Bukit Bintang to soak in the hussle and bussle of the Christmas season.

Today, we have decided to visit Bukit Tinggi and the Berjaya Hill Resort. Reason? simply because we had not been there. During my childhood days, going to Genting Highlands, Fraser Hills or Cameron Highland during the school holidays were a real treat. Back then, there was no Berjaya Hills, which was established in year 2000.

Our trip up was a complicated one, as the driver mistakenly missed the exit. Also, while going up, we happened to take the alternate road which led to some mountain top restaurant instead of any resorts.

Nevertheless, in my opinion, we had a pleasant time when we finally reached.

We had a good lunch up on the hill - Ayam Masak Merah (chicken cooked in spicy tomato sauce), sweet and sour fish, and curry chicken.

Trip to Malaysia (2018 December).........Day 1

For this trip, we traveled to Kuala Lumpur by Transtar. I chose an early departure of 8am, from Golden Miles Tower. It was a Sunday morning, and the immigration checkpoints were relatively peaceful. We stopped over at Yong Peng for a quick drink before another 2.5 hours of journey up north.
