Switzerland 2011 (Zurich)

I spent a leisurely week in Switzerland again this year, the week before Chinese New Year. It was packed with a lot of train rides and walking, all by myself. It was a liberating experience, and I could never get tired of Switzerland! The snowy mountains and plains and clear water streams and lakes were the ultimate therapy for a troubled soul ...

This picture was taken during sunset from the centre of Munsterbrucke, one of the bridges across the river.

Built in the year 853, the Fraumünster Church is one of the most beautiful churches in Switzerland. You can read more about this church at http://www.zurichplaces.com/sight/fraumunsterchurch.html

It's the start of a busy day for the shops selling fresh produce...
