Today I took leave to visit one of the suburb gardens in Sembawang. I planned to buy some potted herbs and plants to add to my collection.
It was about 9 am when we arrived at World Farm Co Ptd Ltd at Bah Soon Pah Road. Upon arriving I was greeted by big pots of Kumquat plants loaded heavily with big golden orange fruits, all looking grant and majestic, ready to be collected by buyers. The farm is spacious and airy, privilege of located in the spacious north zone of Singapore, away from the Central Business District.

World Farm specializes in wholesale supplies of plants and landscape materials. There were endless rows of cacti, herbs and orchids, along with some exotic species such as Venus Fly Trap and Pitcher plants.
I browsed through the rows of bushes and pots and decided to get a some bulbs of Tulips and a pot of Rosemary, which is one of my favourite. I plan to use it in roasting and baking later.
World Farm is a pleasant place to spend the day at, if you are into gardening or landscaping, why not give the place a visit and discover simple pleasures that you can bring home to beautify your house at the same time?
