Tiramisu, my way....

I had been wanting to make an easy version of Tiramisu, so the other day, while at NTUC, I thought: why not try using thick cream and Mascarpone cheese while omitting the raw eggs.

Ingredients used:
250g Mascarpone cheese
250ml thick cream
2 Tbsp Xylitol (to replace caster sugar)
250ml Very thick Coffee
3 Tbsp Kahlua syrup (add to the coffee)
1 large pack of Ladyfingers
Pure Cocoa powder to sprinkle

Whisk the Mascarpone cheese, thick cream and Xylitol till smooth and cream
Added a layer of the cheese cream mixture...
 Here's how I did it:

...followed by a layer of sprinkled cocoa powder. I repeated the steps till all ingredients were used up, and a final sprinkle of cocoa powder.

After that, I left the covered container overnight in the fridge, to allow the mixture to set.

Easy isn't it? The next day, enjoy the Tiramisu with hot latte (for me) or a nice cup of Milo (for the kids)

There......... my version of simplified Tiramisu
